Nice hotel good location for our activities and a good price

Nothing. Bad area and not what described in pictures!!

Location, appearance and cleanliness was horrible!! We had to stay bc everything else was booked from events in the area. Otherwise we would of left!! We were scared of the location due to drug addicts and other creepy people learning around. Would NOT recommend thi hotel to anyone!

Bathroom was nasty. Old blood on wall and 2 smashed roaches.

Room had nice comfortable beds, sheets were clean as well as the rest of the room. Personnel were very nice and pleasing. I had no problems with the total operation.

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast. I think you could do away with the high-priced Otis Spunkmeyer Products, a little less bagels and buy some bread for the toaster to go with the scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon. The girl working that area informed me that biscuits and gravy were served Monday thru Friday. You know the Americans love to eat and I think you should cater to this fact. Milk was great and I couldn't believe the young people eating the fruit the way they did.(Girls softball tournments that weekend.) Eating healthy who would have thunk!

The room didnt have towels in it someone had been in the room and didnt want it and had pulled the pillows out from under bedspread the hairdryer did not work there was no refridgerator in room or microwave

It was already booked online, otherwise we would have chosen to leave and try to find another hotel. The room was infested with roaches, which of course tainted the entire experience.......... Badly. The ac was cold.

It was infested with roaches!! Totally unacceptable. Needed to request a different room, in which we did not see any insects, but once you've seen a lot in one spot in a hotel, you have to assume that they are there and never relax about it. We will be contacting management of Days Inn to discuss a refund. While we realize that this is not the most expensive hotel in the area and therefore did not expect it to be luxury, we certainly believe that we have a right to expect a civilized degree of cleanliness.

Roaches in the room, bathroom, crawling on nightstand, tv, bathtub, bathroom floor....

My fiancé and I have been coming to Shreveport/bossier for the past month a couple times a month but always have a hard time finding an affordable clean hotel. This hotel on John Wesley drive and with lots of lighting for safety plus the staff was very nice and the older lady at the front desk was super nice to help us. Thank you!

We could have enjoyed a late check out. All other hotels we stay in, offer late check-out. We travel there from 3 hours away about twice a month. While there, we enjoy the night life so late checkouts are blessings.

The room was cool

The shower was broken the refrigerator was nasty and no iron was in the room

The manager was rude, volume didn't work on the t.v.,outlets was broke , glass around the pool. no one answered the phone so when we went to eat breakfast (that was good ) i told the front desk about the problems he comes to the room with 4 people. like he was trying to intimidate us.never once said sorry about our stay. Told my son to mind his business. very rude.will never ever stay there again. We was there for y.c.p.and the rest of the 200 plus parents know about the rudeness to.

The staff was not pleasant. After seeing the dump we decided to stay just one night. They refused of course so we stayed and requested a king size bed, we was refused. The Ac knob was broke and set on low speed, we could not adjust the air flow to high.

Bed was comfortable enough.

Did not like Shower! The shower head would not stay forward, thus hard to take one. The shower CURTAIN was made of cloth, and the water went all over the floor and through the curtain. In 125, handicap, but should have been able to shower properly!
